  1. I just put 1.5tsp of powdered leaf into a 1/2pint ball jar, add an ounce or two of water, close it and shake it up, then take the "shot". Afterwards I pour more water into the jar a couple times and drink that, both to get any kratom left over and to wash down any powder left in my mouth. Having said that, I really don't get why people have so much trouble with the taste. It's just like drinking really concentrated green tea IMO. I guess that's why I don't bother much with caps or tea now. Toss and wash is easy and quick and requires no forethought. Since the taste doesn't bother me other methods seem like pointless extra work. For more information: Kratom
